This place is centrally located in a quiet area, and we loved the nearby lake, just a short 20-minute walk away.

The room was modern and brand-new, offered facilities we needed. The bathroom was big, included a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets.

In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with incredibly comfortable beds and a beautiful view, for instance and that was great. The location for Heidelberg was convenient and absolutely perfect, adjacent to two lovely bakeries-really friendly, and the tourist areas.

We were pleasantly surprised by the modern and well-located Rafaela Hotel. The comfortable beds, quiet rooms, and beautiful view of the hills exceeded our expectations. The helpful and friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. we would highly recommend this hotel.

The location allows you to easily explore the city and enjoy some quiet and peace when you retreat to your room. The staff at the reception and during breakfast are very friendly and polite, providing you with helpful tips and a warm welcome. The rooms are well-isolated, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
